Your first useful page

How do I get started?

1. Open the workspace and type a request, or choose a starter and edit it. Nothing is sent until you choose Send or press Enter in the message field.
2. Choose Chat for a conversation, Draft for a document, or Refine for two passes over a text task. Refine uses two model calls and performs no external actions.
3. For a manual page, choose Blank page, add a title and content, then Save page. Find it under Saved pages in this browser.
4. Use Download to keep your own copy as Word (.docx), PDF, Markdown, plain text or JSON. Check important AI details before using them.

JavaScript is required in the workspace. Hosted AI needs an internet connection and available shared capacity. This help page works without JavaScript.

What can I do with Tools & files?

Use browser-local tools to crop or resize a static image and download PNG, JPEG or WebP; preview and export supported UTF-8 text or CSV; or make flashcards and quizzes from material you provide. Tool work stays in browser memory until cleared or reloaded. Download anything you want to keep.

These tools do not upload files to chat. Browsing, private-account access, automatic file access, media generation, payments and external actions are not connected.

Can I save preferences for future messages?

Personal notes are optional and written by you. Allow saving in this browser, add a note, then separately choose whether to include saved notes. The visible preview shows the exact notes included with your next message. Included notes leave the browser for hosted processing.

Edit or delete any note, or turn inclusion off while keeping your conversations. Changing included notes starts a fresh AI context on your next message; older chats remain readable. Deleting a note cannot erase earlier submitted requests or provider copies. Notes are not extracted from conversations automatically.

Where do my conversations and pages go?

Conversation and saved-page copies stay in this browser. There is no cross-device sync. Clearing browser storage can remove those copies, so download work you need to keep.

Messages you send and page contents you explicitly submit for AI revision leave the browser for Cloudflare Workers AI processing. Production uses NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super for text. Audio you separately choose to transcribe goes to OpenAI Whisper through Cloudflare Workers AI when configured. Recording and stopping keep audio local. Transcribe with Cloudflare explicitly uploads the reviewed audio; review and edit the transcript before sending a chat message.

Manual edits, downloads and Tools & files utilities run locally. Optional spoken replies use an explicitly selected installed browser voice. ChiabeAI does not claim provider retention, training exclusions or security guarantees without a verified policy. Open Privacy & storage in the workspace for controls.

Is access unlimited, and can I upgrade?

Shared AI access is finite and can be unavailable or reach a limit. The workspace reports availability and errors. There is no connected purchase, subscription or premium-unlock flow. A limit message is not a checkout invitation.

If AI is unavailable, you can continue editing manual pages and using local tools. Save or download your work, then retry AI later according to the message shown. No customer API key, purchase or installation is required for the current workspace.

How do I return to my workspace?

Bookmark chiabeai.com in the browser where you saved your work. If your browser offers Add to Home Screen or a similar shortcut, you can use it. Menu names and support vary by browser. This is a browser shortcut; hosted AI still requires a connection and available capacity.

Can I rely on every AI answer?

AI can make mistakes. Check facts, sources and important details. ChiabeAI can help draft text and organize ideas, but it does not verify current web information or perform tasks outside this workspace.
